We invite you to the Open House at the Šumavská project on Saturday 10 October 2026, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM. It is the perfect chance to see where your new chapter in the heart of Pilsen could begin.

On guided tours our specialists will walk you through the project, whose shell construction is now complete. You can visit 3 show apartments and explore the neighbourhood itself. We will be happy to answer all of your questions on the spot.
