The Šumavská project brings a modern background for anyone who appreciates a combination of quality architecture and comfort in the center of Pilsen. All 136 apartments from 1+kk to 4+kk meet the requirements for energy class A standards, which means not only lower housing costs, but also consideration for the environment.

The building was designed to maximize the genius loci of the location. It thus complements the historic building of the district court and at the same time reflects the future planned development of the site.
